Our 10th Annual Hallo-Wine Fall Festival moves to a new venue – The Burnham House near Balboa Park on Saturday, October 28 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.  Learn more about this event is held every October in recognition of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
