The Hallo-Wine Fall Festival is held every October in recognition of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. All proceeds raised provide critical assistance to San Diego’s most vulnerable children and families through Home Start’s programs.
Hallo-Wine is a 3-hour celebration featuring local food vendors, wine tasting, live music, and a chance to win prizes - all while overlooking the Pacific on a private estate in Point Loma, San Diego.
Each day, Home Start staff serve on the front lines in the battle to prevent child abuse and ensure the safety of San Diego’s most vulnerable children and families. Every child deserves healthy development and a thriving family.

Hallo-Wine 2026 will be at the same location as in 2024 & 2025 (a private estate in Point Loma), with the same great food, wine, non-alcoholic options, entertainment, and fun. Over 200 people joined us for a celebratory welcome to our new CEO, Joe Buehrle, and to help San Diego families.
