Thrift Boutique Donation Assistant
We are looking for volunteers to help us process, maintain, and organize donations made to the Home Start Thrift Boutique. Your role will be to greet customers and meet with merchandise donors by appointment. Upon receiving donations, the Donation Assistant sorts, catalogues, and prepares materials for sale. This position is perfect for someone with a critical and selective eye to ensure Boutique-quality items for sale.
Home Start is seeking an organized, dependable volunteer to provide administrative support. This volunteer will work directly with Home Start administrative staff, and will be supervised by the Administrative Support Coordinator to provide assistance in day-to-day operations at our main office on Texas Street in Central San Diego. Duties include processing donations, assisting with new hire paperwork, maintaining staff and client records, and more!
