Gen 7 Wines Luncheon with the Wine Maker
Come and enjoy an exclusive afternoon of incredible culinary experiences and fabulous awarding winning wines. 12 adults will be treated to 7 courses of mouth-watering Farm to Table cuisine while sipping wines from GEN 7′ s latest releases. It will be an epicurean event that will be meticulously prepared by a private chef from Le Cordon Bleu or Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and hosted by The Bacinos – Tim (owner, winemaker) and Susanne (published interior designer) at their beautiful home at the Crosby Estates in Rancho Santa Fe.
During the afternoon, Gen 7 Wines Luncheon Winemaker, Tim, will be sharing personal stories about his journey of re-starting his family’s 180 year old wine company (Brookside Winery) and a sneak peek into opening his Napa Valley tasting room in 2018. You will also be treated to some of his highest scoring wines and newest releases as well as some of his Library wines. Most notably, his 98 Point red blend Road to Singapore from Knight’s Valley in Sonoma, his 98 Point Pinot Noir from the Central Coast, multiple award winning Central Coast Chardonnay, and some of his latest releases.
